Don't fix the person.
Build the system.

Turn what you were born with into your edge.

I teach companies, public bodies and individuals to put AI to work.

01 · What I do

A system for a person. A culture for a team. A partner for a market.

innate helps people, teams and companies grow by turning what they were born with into an advantage. Nothing gets fixed — what's already there finds its place. When a tool is missing, I build it.

·Lectures · workshops
AI productivity, working with agents, Claude Code. From a 90-minute talk to a multi-week course.
·AX consulting
Pull apart how a team works first, then decide where AI goes and in what order.
·Mentoring · coaching
For founding teams and individuals, including accelerator and incubation programs.
·Advisory
Product, content, and brand — the long engagement, not the short one.

Where I've taught

02 · Accrual

Not one great moment. A precious keeping-on.

The same method, run four times at a widening scale.

  1. 01

I tried it on myself first.

    Four books on productivity

    Bookie · Hyejiwon · Youngjin · 2011–2023

  2. 02

I send it out every week.

    Carrotletter

    265+ issues · 12,000+ readers

  3. 03

I install it in other teams.

    Lectures · workshops · consulting · mentoring

    EBS Class-e · bootcamps · accelerators · companies

  4. 04

I finally built it into a tool.

    Folder Bot

by way of Rondo · macOS and iPhone

Dave Jin · 진대연 — Evernote, mmhmm, Chegg, Moment Studio. Fifteen years of using productivity tools, and turning what worked into books and lectures.

03 · Pause

When everyone shouts “faster”, I pause to find what matters underneath.

This is the one scene where nothing moves. Touch it — it won't scatter.

04 · Built

One AI teammate per folder.

Folder Bot

an innate product

Attach a Claude Code agent to each folder on the Mac you leave running. Message it from your MacBook or iPhone — the work keeps going after your phone goes dark.

One letter every Monday morning — only the productivity and AI tools I've actually used.

Team Human

with innate

A community of AI builders in Seoul. As one of its organizers I've co-run five hackathons this year — Cursor Hackathon Seoul vol.3 drew 166 applicants and 29 teams.

Folder Bot was built on top of Rondo, the desktop app before it. Not replaced — built on.

06 · How I work

It works best when we build it together.

Built with you, then handed over
Rather than running it for you, I build it with your team so you can run it yourselves.
A structure before a stand-in
Rather than filling an empty seat, I first look for a way the work gets done with the people you have.
Agree on the change first
Rather than promising outcomes, we agree up front on what we'll change, and I stand behind that process.

The goal is a structure that keeps running without me.

08 · Leave

Not beating others. Leaving yourself.

You haven't touched a dot yet.
