For fifteen years I worked between global companies — Evernote, Chegg, mmhmm — and Korean startups. I was never a naturally tidy worker, so I built myself systems that let the work get done. Now I teach, coach and design how people, teams and companies grow on what they were born with.

It began with loving productivity tools. That became lectures, then a newsletter, and finally building the tools myself.

Dave Jin is the CEO of Innate, where he teaches hands-on AI and AX to companies, public bodies and individuals.
